Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Work
The designer agrees to provide graphic design services as outlined in the project proposal or agreed brief. Any additional work outside the scope will be subject to additional fees.
2. Payment Terms

A deposit of [50%] is required to begin the project.

The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery of final files.

Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 30 days.
3. Revisions

2–3 rounds of revisions are included in the project fee.

Additional revisions will be billed at hourly rate or a pre-agreed flat rate.
4. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines will be outlined in the project proposal. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or missing materials) may affect deadlines.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, branding elements, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication may delay project completion.
6. Ownership & Copyright

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved design for agreed purposes.

The designer retains the right to display work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Raw files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not included unless agreed upon beforehand.
7. Cancellation Policy

If the project is canceled by the client before completion, the deposit is non-refundable.

If canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to that point.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
9. Liability
The designer is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of the final designs. The client is responsible for proofreading and approving all work before publication.
10. File Delivery
Final files will be delivered in agreed formats (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG, AI) via email or a file-sharing service. Editable source files can be provided if included in the agreement.
